Highly recommend SWAG based on service received from Scott today. Great communication. Old water heater needed replacing - i phoned in the morning, he arrived midday and within a couple of hours it was done, including the old heater taken away. Too easy.

Had a friendly manner Was polite Explained exactly what was causing my problem and what needed to be done Explained all this in clear language that I could understand Completed the work in the time he said Tidied up after himself (no rubbish left behind!) As for the quality of his work; I am very pleased with it and have had no problems since. I heartily recommend Scott to anyone wanting the services of a good plumber and trustworthy tradesman.

Our hot water unit burst from the inside and we googled for plumbers and found SWAG. Being new to the locality, Google Reviews is what we could rely on and I must say that it did not let us down. Scott from SWAG plumbing was very helpful in assessing the damage and prompt in responding to the issue. He was in fact more concerned than us that we were out of hot water and wanted to get us up and running straight away. He quoted the cost and time upfront and was on to it as per his promised time. Scott was great, couldn't recommend a better plumber. He was early, fixed my outside tap and laundry sink quickly, and charged an extremely affordable price ( his call out fee is up to $90 less then a lot of the other plumbers I contacted.) We had called Scott from SWAG Plumbing to find out the possibility of putting an extra gas point at our Baulkham Hills house. Not only he gave me a better plumbing quote for the gas point, he also fixed one of the leaky tap at the front of the house for free. We didn't even ask him to do it.
